MANUFACTURING CONTROL

Our fully integrated Tricorn ERP manufacturing control system provides real time information on every aspect of our business from quotation to invoice. We are able to provide quotations generally within 24 hours and establish accurate delivery dates at any time through the system which provides us with powerful 'what if' functions. With Shop Floor data collection through bar code readers we have up to the minute information on every single component and assembly.

In addition to manufacturing, we operate KanBan and JIT supply systems for a number of clients as part of our supply chain partnership strategy. On this basis we undertake component manufacture, procurement, product build and complete supply of finished assemblies including any special plating/painting or packaging requirements.
