Divisions / Who we serve
Four divisions, one shop floor
Milltech is structured around four engineering divisions, each with clear sector ownership and access to the same precision machining, assembly, inspection and production control systems.
Choose your division
Start with the sector you serve, or the process you need
Each division has its own focus, but all work from the same Norwich manufacturing base, backed by shared CNC capacity, CMM inspection, Tricorn® ERP tracking and ISO quality systems.
Aerospace & Defence
Flight-critical and defence-grade precision components machined to exacting tolerances, backed by independently-audited inspection and full traceability.
Energy
Precision components for oil and gas, subsea, hydrogen, renewables and harsh operating environments.
Valves & Manifolds
Dedicated valve and manifold production supported by a dedicated 24/7 cell, machining, assembly and inspection.
General Engineering
Subcontract machining and assembly across EV, automotive, medical, optical, food, hydraulics, marine and wider industrial markets.
One shop floor
Shared capacity behind every division
Whichever division owns your work, it draws on the same machining, inspection, assembly and production-control systems — one Norwich base, one accountable supplier.
- 01
CNC machining
A multi-axis CNC fleet supporting prototypes, repeat work and production volumes.
- 02
Inspection
CMM inspection and quality checks aligned to ISO 9001 requirements.
- 03

Division routing guide
-
Which Milltech division should I choose?
- Choose Aerospace & Defence for flight-critical or defence-grade parts, Energy for oil, gas, subsea, hydrogen and renewables, Valves & Manifolds for dedicated valve and manifold production, and General Engineering for wider subcontract machining and assembly. If you are unsure, send your drawing or project brief and Milltech will route it internally.
-
Do the divisions share the same manufacturing facility?
- Yes. Milltech's divisions work from one Norwich manufacturing base, supported by shared CNC capacity, CMM inspection, Tricorn® ERP tracking and ISO quality systems.
-
Can Milltech handle both machining and assembly?
- Yes. Milltech supports CNC milling, CNC turning, product assembly, 3D printing and inspection across its divisions.
Routed to the right team
Not sure which division fits?
Send a drawing, material specification, tolerance requirement or project brief and we'll route it internally to the right engineering team.
