Tricorn® ERP
Our fully integrated Tricorn® ERP manufacturing control system gives real-time information on every aspect of the business, from quotation to invoice. Quotations are typically provided within 24 hours, with accurate delivery dates available at any time. Shop-floor barcode data collection gives up-to-the-minute status on individual components and assemblies.
Edgecam® CAM
Our Edgecam® CAM system with strategy management lets us produce and prove programmes exceptionally quickly, and supports accurate quotations for complex components.
Kanban & JIT
Alongside scheduled manufacturing, we routinely run Kanban and JIT production systems as part of strategic supply-chain partnerships — covering component manufacture, ancillary procurement, product build and complete supply of finished assemblies, including special plating, painting or packaging.
Rapid prototyping & revision
We make rapid prototypes early in the process, then keep revising machining operations as we go — so the part that reaches volume is the one that actually meets your needs, not the one the first programme happened to produce.

Every job runs through Milltech's Tricorn® ERP from quotation to dispatch, with barcode shop-floor data collection giving up-to-the-minute status on every component. Material is laser-etched with its trace code and colour-coded by grade on arrival, so the right stock is picked every time — and any part's full history, from mill certificate through every operation and inspection to the finished component, can be reconstructed on demand.
