Valves & Manifolds

In
brief

Milltech manufactures industrial hydraulic and pneumatic valves and manifolds in a dedicated Norwich, UK facility running 24/7. Two Matsuura H-Plus 300 machines with a multi-pallet changer, monitored by Matsuura RiMM, deliver consistent medium-to-high-volume valve and manifold bodies — machined, assembled and inspected under one accountable supplier.

Overview

Valves & Manifolds is a division in its own right. A dedicated facility runs two Matsuura H-Plus 300 machines with a horizontal multi-pallet changer around the clock, monitored by Matsuura RiMM — built for consistent, medium-to-high-volume valve and manifold bodies. It cuts across markets, primarily supplying stainless components to oil & gas, with iron and bronze for subsea and renewables.

Inspection & QA

Measured, not assumed

Quality doesn't have to be demanded by our customers — it's an integral element of every process. Components are verified against specification, not assumed to conform.

  • 01

    CMM inspection

Coordinate measuring machines verify components against specification in our dedicated test & inspection facility.

  • 02

    Full traceability

Every job is tracked live through Tricorn® ERP — from raw bar through machining to dispatch.

  • 03

    Owned by everyone

The quality system is under constant review by every member of staff. Quality is built in, not demanded.

  • 04

    Every batch checked

All components and finished products are inspected to conform — every batch, every time, before they ship.

FAQ

Valves & Manifolds — your questions

Do you have dedicated valve and manifold capacity?

Yes. Valves & Manifolds is a division in its own right, with a dedicated facility running 24/7 — two Matsuura H-Plus 300 machines with a horizontal multi-pallet changer, monitored by Matsuura RiMM.

Can you handle volume valve and manifold production?

The cell is built for consistent medium-to-high-volume valve and manifold bodies, running around the clock and scheduled through Tricorn® ERP — genuine volume capacity, not a shared shop-floor slot.

What valves and manifolds do you manufacture?

Hydraulic and pneumatic valve bodies, bonnets and stems, hydraulic and pneumatic manifolds, multi-port blocks and cross-drilled features — plus in-house valve and manifold assembly.

Which materials do you use for valves and manifolds?

Primarily stainless steel for oil & gas, with iron and bronze for subsea and renewables applications.

How quickly can I get a quote?

Typically within 24–48 hours of receiving your drawings and requirements. Send them through the quote form for a price and lead time.
